The Current Ringmaster

The Keeper of the Archives

Cela Kashuken serves as Ringmaster of the Khanid Karnivale: Chapter Master, final authority, guardian of the archives, and custodian of the Chapter’s evolving identity.

Under his stewardship, the Imperial Handbook has been expanded, the Chapter’s customs have been preserved, and the Karnivale’s public face has become more than a recruitment notice. It has become an archive, a field manual, and a declaration of Khanid style.

Founding Figure

Darrius Knighte

Founder and First Ringmaster of the Chapter.

The Founder

Darrius Knighte served as the original Ringmaster of the Khanid Karnivale and shaped many of the Chapter’s early customs. Though he voluntarily stepped down after a period of service, no written law binds future Ringmasters to the same course.

His tenure is remembered as the founding act of the Chapter: the moment when a loose body of capsuleers began to take on ritual, rank, language, and identity.

No Forced Succession

The Ringmaster’s office is not governed by a timer. There is no standing requirement that the current Ringmaster relinquish authority after six or twelve months.

Stewardship, Not Weakness

The office exists to preserve the Chapter and strengthen its future. Stability is not stagnation when it is used to build doctrine, culture, and continuity.

The Living Archive

As long as the archives grow and the Chapter flies, the Ringmaster’s hand remains visible in every dispatch, doctrine, and ceremonial title.
