Chapter Customs

Etiquette, sayings, and informal traditions of the Karnivale.

The KK Prefix

Every Karnivale vessel bears the prefix KK, commonly understood as King Khanid’s. It is a boast, a dedication, and a warning painted into the registry.

Ship Discipline

Amarrian and Khanid hulls are encouraged. Khanid skins, black-and-silver palettes, and beautiful fits are treated as cultural artifacts as much as combat tools.

The Duel of Commanders

There must not be more Loyalist Commanders than Loyalist Officers. If imbalance arises, custom permits a duel to determine who retains command.

Correspondence

Formal communication may include militia rank, earned title, capsuleer name, and Chapter rank. The signature is not bureaucracy; it is ritual identity. The current Ringmaster may sign as Paladin Crusader, Patriot Cela Kashuken, Ringmaster of the Khanid Karnivale.

Pilgrimage Logs

Flagellants and Zealots preserve their holy journeys through written logs of battle sites, sacred places, lessons, and scripture.

Good Fights

Fight hard, return if possible, and make the story worth telling. The Karnivale values style, courage, and character over empty killboard vanity.
